Prosper Wellness Associate

Uneo Health is looking for a Prosper Wellness Associate to join our team in Calvert County, Maryland. This is a hybrid, part-time opportunity for someone passionate about supporting student wellness and making a positive impact in their community.

Since launching in 2022, Uneo Health has been on a mission to simplify how young adults navigate their self-care and connect with resources to improve their mental and behavioral health. Our app, Prosper, has already improved the lives of thousands of young adults by providing a safe, engaging solution to track personal health goals, access relaxing and mindfulness activities, and to access critical resources needed in support their overall well-being.

Supporting our important mission to advance mental health and self-care awareness for teens and adults, we are looking for energetic individuals that are passionate about helping others and are comfortable engaging with teenagers. This role will work with our engagement team in Calvert County high schools to promote the core concepts of mental wellness and self-care through the roll out of our Prosper app as part of our contract with the State of Maryland to improve youth social emotional learning (SEL).

Role and Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with key high school staff to build trust and establish communications and access
• Schedule and attend in-school events both during and outside of school hours throughout the month to promote the importance of self-care and wellness, supported by the Prosper app
• Support the promotion of Prosper by attending health and wellness fairs and similar events in the Maryland area
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and analytics, to ensure Prosper is meeting the needs of the students and staff engaged
• Report to Uneo Health on a weekly basis engagement metrics for the prior week as well as activities planned

Conditions of Employment

• You must be authorized to work in the United States
• College degree (or in the process thereof) in healthcare, education and/or communications is preferred
• Travel within Calvert County is required
• Applicants will be required to pass a background check as a condition of employment with Uneo Health as well as Calvert County Public Schools
• Applicants must comply with Uneo's policies and procedures and always adhere to all confidentiality, HIPAA, and FERPA requirements in all ways with respect to the Prosper platform

Compensation

Hourly rate will be based on the candidate's experience, ranging between $20 to $30 per hour.
