Annapolis, Maryland – September 24, 2025 – Uneo Health, a leading innovator in digital mental wellness tools, today announced a strategic partnership with Qualifacts, a leading provider of AI-powered electronic health record (EHR) and data solutions for behavioral health organizations. This collaboration will bring Uneo's flagship self-care app, Prosper, to clients of select agencies using Qualifacts EHR platforms—empowering individuals with access to a powerful, evidence-based mental health companion in the palm of their hand.

Prosper uses clinically validated cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) tools to help users manage their mental health, track emotions, and stay engaged with their care plan. With Prosper, clients who report they are struggling in their daily check-ins to seamlessly stay connected with their care team—reducing delays in care and improving health outcomes.

As part of the partnership, Prosper is now available as an optional feature within the Qualifacts Client Engagement Suite for both CareLogic and Credible EHR platforms. The Qualifacts Client Engagement Suite includes a secure client portal and integrated telehealth capabilities designed specifically for behavioral health and human services organizations and their clients.
